Aldensley Road lies in the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and is a welcome addition to our Scan to BIM portfolio.
Not far from the famous Apollo Theatre, this project highlights the growing requirement for 3D Revit based (BIM) surveys within the Residential sector.
Appointed by recognised London Architects our brief included a precision 3D Laser Scan Survey and generation an as built Revit (BIM) Model. The specification required the detailing of facades and interior to BIM LOD3. This delivered a model complete with every architectural feature in high resolution definition. The model was built from a Topographical control survey that was processed in AutoCAD and imported to Revit as a 2D underlay.
The complete model result demonstrates the increasing capability of this advanced service.
