Survey Base were appointed to survey this 12 Storey High-Rise block of flats in central Bristol, all are residential properties comprising of 87 homes, these properties were built 56 years ago in 1962.
Our Client brief was to deliver a Land Topographical Survey with boundary features and an External Elevations Survey including Building footprints of the residential block and adjoining caretakers building.
