Measured Building Survey, GP Surgery, Bath

Surveybase are delighted to announce we have been appointed to provide a Measured Building Survey at the Oldfield Park Surgery in Bath. Laser Scanning the entire building to capture the dense mass of point cloud data which will be processed to provide a full set of Measured Building plans in 2D AutoCAD format.

The surgery is a relatively modern practice with a dentist and pharmacy also attached. As of April 2018, the surgery is merging with another surgery, also located in Bath, to form a partnership. This will be called the ‘Heart of Bath’ partnership, with one more practice set to follow in October. It is thought the more centralised form of care will drive up quality standards, as well as help cut costs to leave more to spend on care. This isn’t too dissimilar to other Trusts and Surgeries throughout the UK, where the NHS is taking on a more centralised approach.
