Surveybase are pleased to announce the appointment to deliver a Precision Digital Survey of the Streatham Campus at the University Of Exeter.

The tender submission was highly competitive; our extensive expertise in the education sector fuelled client confidence, leading to our success.

The comprehensive brief includes a Scan To BIM survey of 5 campus buildings including internal spaces, external facades & roof structures. On completion the survey data will be used to build an intelligent BIM ready 3D Revit Model.

Given the scale of the project, we will deploy a team of 7 surveyors for a period of 4 weeks. To limit disruption, the site survey will take place during out of hours including weekends.

The 3D Revit (BIM) Model, will play an important role in enhancing the understanding of the university’s infrastructure. Our expertise ensures the provision of accurate as built data, aiding future design, planning and development decisions.
