Centrale Shopping Centre in Croydon, which opened in 2004, is one of London’s largest covered retail developments.
Spanning an impressive 820,000 square feet, Centrale offered a wide variety of retail options and was notable for introducing Croydon’s first and only dedicated indoor food court, located on its upper level. This feature set it apart as a modern destination for both shopping and dining in the area.
Surveybase completed a 3D BIM Revit and 2D Elevation Survey of the shopping centre. This produced a 2D elevations of the site, as well as a 3D Revit model, including plant mechanics, each detailed to our LOD3 BIM specification.
