Chiswick Tower, a well known office complex positioned along Chiswick High Road in West London, features three car parks. These facilities provide convenient access to the tower and are strategically located near major transport links, such as the M4 motorway.

Just a 2-minute walk from Chiswick Tower stands Gunnersbury Station, a pivotal transportation hub serving as both a London Overground and London Underground station.

Since its establishment in 1869, Gunnersbury Tube Station has been a crucial component of London’s transportation network. Situated strategically on the District Line, one of the city’s prominent underground routes, Gunnersbury Station remains a bustling destination for commuters and tourists alike.

Its close proximity to various landmarks, attractions, shopping centres, restaurants, and entertainment venues further enhances its importance as a key transportation hub.

Gunnersbury Tube Station has not only served as a historic landmark but has also played a vital role in shaping the development and connectivity of the surrounding community, making it an integral part of London’s urban landscape.

The survey brief entailed creating a 3D Revit Measured Survey, providing 3D Model of the 3 Car Parks Floor Plans, street level entrance and Gunnersbury Station. Working in close collaboration with the client, we delivered the surroundings of Gunnersbury Station at LOD1-3, and LOD3 internal modelling standard of the carparks.

Our approach with 3D appointments is to begin with an online consultancy meeting. Providing time to familiarise ourselves with the wider design team, the meeting is an opportunity to explore the survey brief and approve the BIM specification. Ultimately, we seek to meet client service expectation so that the model fits seamlessly within their 3D design process.
