Quadra Park, a modern two storey industrial warehouse property, sits on a 4-acre site that forms part of the larger Langage Industrial Estate, just off the A38 in Plymouth.

Surveybase were appointed by national property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton to deliver a detailed Topographical and Measured Building Survey to support marketing and conveyance.

We deployed Leica’s world leading RTC360 Laser Scan instruments combined with Trimble GPS total stations. The site survey operations lasted 2 days and 2D AutoCAD data processing was complete just 5 days later.

The survey of Quadra Park is an excellent example of our industrial and warehouse unit survey solution. In addition to the site plan, floor plans and elevations we typically provide steel frame sections, roof plans, area measurement and Drone overflight video, useful for condition inspection and maintenance.
