The Bull Inn, located in Sonning On Thames, Berkshire, is a Tudor country Inn and renowned restaurant. The Inn is a beautiful Grade II listed building of traditional timber frame construction with timber panelling. It is without doubt a veritable picture of an old country inn.

Our Client, a famous regional brewery, appointed Surveybase to deliver a detailed Measured Survey of the Inn and surrounding plot. Given the listed status, the brief required plan detailing to our Level 3 heritage status at a scale of 1:50.

Survey operations were completed in a single day with processing needing a further 7 working days. The precision as built record included a topographic site plan, floor plans, roof plan, elevations, and sections.

The survey of the Bull Inn was part of a series of similar projects for our esteemed Client and part of a service relationship spanning 10 years.
