Located in the Oxfordshire countryside, Wellow Farm Estate consists of 13 buildings. The estate includes traditional stone-built residential homes, farm outbuildings, and modern metal-framed agricultural structures, all surrounded by vast rural landscapes.

Wellow Farm Estate reflects the typical rural setting, blending living spaces with functional agricultural facilities, such as barns, storage sheds, and workshops.

The estate was surveyed using the latest topographical and laser scanning technology and the output included a precision a Topographical Site Plan and 3D BIM Models, delivered to our standard LOD4 and LOD3 facades and internal modelling specification.
