Survey Base are very excited to announce that we have been appointed for this gorgeous Farm House set in rural Wales. We will provide a Topographical, Measured Building & Laser Scan Survey for the scenic 15 acre estate that dates back to the 17th Century! According to historical references, a Colonel who was the original dweller, fired his musket at a nearby Church, of which the bullet holes can still be seen to this day! More recently, the estate has been run as a Sheep farm and stables that overlook the stunning views of the local National Park.
