Hospitality has been an important sector of business since our foundation in 1998. Over the years we have surveyed hundreds of hotels, restaurants, cafes, and public houses. We work with private, independent, and corporate clients who are breathing vibrant life into these important social spaces.

Hotels

Our experience includes large multi-storey hotel sites to small guest house accommodation. We work with national hotel chains on refurbishment and acquisition projects providing the trusted survey data for multi-million-pound investment. Typically, the industry works in 2D format, although we are witnessing a growing requirement for BIM-ready 3D Revit models.

Restaurants

We enjoy working with independent restauranteurs and corporate chains on the development of new hospitality and food service spaces. Our comprehensive Measured Building Survey solution is behind many high-profile restaurant developments across London and the UK.

Cafes

We work with one of the UK’s leading high-street food chains on their national rollout and acquisition programme. This experience has delivered an efficient Measured Building Survey solution providing plans, elevations, and sections along with enhanced MEP service mapping.

Public Houses

We work with independent and corporate breweries on the refurbishment of their public house estates. One of these connections reaches back to our foundation in 1998, some 25 years! This wealth of expertise has produced efficient survey procedures for busy, public-facing spaces, accommodation rooms, and outbuildings.
