Center Parcs Longleat Forest, a popular holiday destination since 1994, is known for its family-friendly holidays within the world famous Longleat Estate. This 400-acre holiday village in Wiltshire, England, offers a peaceful retreat in the Longleat Forest’s hills, valleys, and trees. The village offers a variety of activities, restaurants, and accommodations.

The survey of The Plaza at Center Parcs was undertaken with the latest laser scanning technology and a Matterport camera. The output included a precision internal 3D Revit Model delivered to our LOD4 and LOD 3 modelling specification along with the ceiling void spaces, and a Matterport 360.

Due to the plans to refurbish the changing rooms inside The Plaza, we were appointed to survey from the bowling alley area, through to the changing rooms. To accommodate the nature of the business and to ensure safety, the surveys were performed during closing hours over 2 nights. This allowed us to conduct the survey smoothly, without any interruptions or inconvenience to customers.
